Torbay Council Car Park Strategy with a Disposal and Investment Plan

Torbay Council is a unitary authority on the south coast of Devon. The Council operates and maintains 39 car parks across the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, providing approximately 7,000 spaces. There are six car parks which have between 2 and 8 levels in Torquay and Paignton. 36 car parks are operated using pay and display and pay by mobile operator, one car park operated via pay on exit and free parking at one site.

Torbay Council wishes to appoint a consultant to develop a five-year car park strategy with recommendations for disposal of and investment into Torbay Council's off-street Car Park assets.
