NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 July 2021 for the following reason: Tender period extended so as to end on 30th August 2021.(The Children's Services residential home East Hills is in need of refurbishment works to improve the aesthetic standard and some safety features of the property. The works generally comprise the cosmetic refurbishment of the internal spaces, external façade and outbuilding.)
