NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 July 2021 for the following reason: Tender period extended so as to end on 30th August 2021\.\(The Children's Services residential home East Hills is in need of refurbishment works to improve the aesthetic standard and some safety features of the property\. The works generally comprise the cosmetic refurbishment of the internal spaces, external façade and outbuilding\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
