Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide cleaning services in void properties within the North East\r \r It is Home Group's intention to appoint up to 3 contractors on a ranked basis.. This opportunity will be ideally suited to SMEs with an intimate knowledge of the area that are able to provide a reactive service for one of the countries largest providers of social housing.
