Ryhope Play Area

As part of the Burdon Lane Master Plan a number of Section 106 Agreements were put in place to develop one high quality Play and Urban Games Facility.

As part of the coordinated approach to the retention, refurbishment and development of Play & Urban Games Facilities a number of sites within the Ryhope Ward have been suggested to be considered for decommission in line with the development of this new play facility.
