## Description

Companies are to be invited to tender for a contract to collect footfall data in and around Watford Town Centre, Watford, and Hertfordshire\. Footfall data is the collection of qualitative data of persons passing through important footway points within an area of significance\. The amount of people passing through important points in Watford Town Centre needs to be collected using a suitable method to provide accurate and timely data of the footfall in the Town Centre\. Watford Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to provide this service for up to 2 years\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Please complete EOI documentation to participate\.
