## Description

The City of Lincoln Council is appointing a contractor for the provision of Planned & Responsive Repairs and Maintenance to corporate commercial properties incl\. Emergency Out of Hours call out service \(24 hours/ 7 days a week\)\. The repair and maintenance shall include all trades\. The Contract will be let for an initial period of 2 \(two\) years intended to commence on 01/12/2019, with the option to extend for 3 \(three\) further period\(s\) of 2 \(two\) year\(s\) up to a maximum contract period of 8 \(eight\) years\.
