Provision of the Early Help Engagement Casework Support

This specification focuses on delivering a coherent, integrated model that can be tailored to the needs of a household, whatever the range of their issues. It therefore requires a provider (or consortium of providers) who are willing to focus not on particular cohorts or presenting symptoms, but on understanding and addressing the root causes of problems so that people are supported to develop the resilience and self-management skills to manage their own health and well-being in the future.
