Work description
The scope of the contract is to develop a social return on investment economic model for homelessness prevention, based on additional Public Health investment (approx. 800k over two years, commencing September/October 2023) for: • Skills and employment support - additional support into an existing service, set up during Covid • Homelessness Prevention Workers - additional staff for the West of the County - to match provision in the East • Holistic health and wellbeing workers - additional support into an existing service, set up in Covid. This service is currently being evaluated by NIHR PHIRST Light team. • A discretionary fund to prevent homelessness - a new fund for the Homelessness Prevention Workers to access.
