## Description

Public Health Liverpool are developing two interventions that will provide information and support to parents of children aged 0 - 1 and 1 - 2 years \(also known as the first 1001 days\) about their child's development\. There will be a range of on and offline resources available to parents including an online offer\. Following a number of insight research stages with parents and health care professionals the decision has been made by Public Health Liverpool that an App should be developed\. A developer is required who can take the existing brand and creative to develop an App aimed at parents of children aged up to and including 2 years\.
