Revenue and Benefits software that allows citizens to make an on-line claim for housing benefit and / or council tax reduction as well as report a change of circumstances that may affect their entitlement\. This Contract was procured via Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service Vertical Application Solutions Framework \(RM6259\)\. The Contract has been awarded on the basis of an initial 5 year period with the option to extend by a further 2 years\.
