Leisure and Culture Services

The concession contract(s) involves the delivery of services in relation to the Parks and Open Spaces, Playground, Events and Filming (Lot 1), Leisure and Sports (Lot 2), Bereavement Services (Lot 3) and Public Halls (Lot 4). The estimated value of all lots is 97,000,000 GBP. The proposed length of the contract is five years (60 months) with the option for a further period or periods of up to five (5) years if the successful bidder or bidders can demonstrate that a longer contract period is required to recoup investments.
