GB-London: Councillor Standards in England Engagement support and solutions development

Following the Government's announcement that they intend to consult on reforms to the local government standards framework, the purchaser is seeking to procure a contractor to undertake engagement with the local government sector on the Government's proposals and to assist in developing solutions that can inform the purchaser's response to the consultation.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
