Following the Government's announcement that they intend to consult on reforms to the local government standards framework, the purchaser is seeking to procure a contractor to undertake engagement with the local government sector on the Government's proposals and to assist in developing solutions that can inform the purchaser's response to the consultation\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
