## Description

The works consist of provision of new sub-station and meter housing bases and the construction of a new gabion retaining structure and associated slab to form a plant enclosure at Todmorden Sports Centre\. These are key works as part of a bigger decarbonisation project to install heat pumps in the building\. Full scope of works is provided in the schedule of works document\. An accompanied site visit is a condition of the quote and dates will be published via the YORtender messaging portal\.
