## Description

Removal of the Existing Lift Equipment and Modernisation of Hydraulic Lift Equipment or full lift replacement with new Machine Room Less \(MRL\) Traction Lift Equipment in Thetford\. Flagship Group plans to modernise the lift but where better value is achieved for lift replacement, the full replacement will be undertaken\. The final decision on whether the lift will be fully replaced will be taken by Flagship Group\. Bidders must submit the information for both options - the lift modernisation and full replacement\. Flagship Group will appoint only one supplier to the lift modernisation or replacement works\.
