Homeless Direct Access Night Shelter

Based on the current spend the estimated contract value is £76k per annum (full contract value therefore £133k across 21 months), with the provider subsidising the service with additional fund-raising and grant awards, plus a level of volunteer-usage to provide a 24-hour presence at the night shelter. Further, the current provider provides the homeless direct access night shelter service from their own property which offers 18 en-suite units including disabled access provision, a day-centre providing additional resources such as meaningful activities, GP treatment room, and provisions associated with support for rough sleepers such as food parcels, showers and laundry facilities.
