Heating Servicing, Maintenance And Installations Tender for Soho Housing

Description

The South East Consortium (SEC) invited you on behalf of a guest member, Soho Housing, to tender for their Heating Servicing, Maintenance and Installations contract. The successful heating contractor will be required to carry out a 3 star (all inclusive) servicing, maintenance and installation contract to its domestic gas and non-gas (electrical) appliances and heating systems in approximately 690 properties across 108 blocks . The contract is to cover individual boilers in self-contained blocks - gas to 613 self-contained dwellings and electrical to 73 self-contained dwellings.Soho Housing anticipate approximately 30-35 gas boiler installations and 4-5 storage heaters per year. Intergas combi boilers are to be installed unless agreed with Soho Housing. However, the installation of a combi boiler will depend on the water pressure in the property.
