3\.1\. West Northamptonshire Council invites quotations for the provision of creating a Social Welfare Alliance \(SWA\) to provide an ongoing training development pathway for all frontline workers and volunteers \(FLWVs\) who are regularly having conversations with residents who are presenting with a range of social welfare/poverty issues\. FLWVs come from all sectors and include, for example, social prescribers, advisors on money and debt, family support workers, and volunteers\.
