Description

The Customer Operations Directorate were seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a range of tracing services to trace/validate contact details of SLC customers. The supplier would be expected to carry out: - Customer Address Tracing and Validation within the UK - Customer Contact Telephone Number Tracing and Validation within the UK - Customer e-mail address tracing Ongoing support will be required to validate that files have been received and confirm quantities.
