Maintenance of Gas Fired Boilers, Appliances, Pressurisation Units.

: The Works comprise of the maintenance and service inspection of the gas fired boilers, appliances, pipework and accessories, including inspection and test of the gas main from the meter to the appliance and the service inspection of the associated pressurisation unit/expansion vessels located in Bournemouth University Properties. The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of maintenance of these systems strictly in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, legislation and current best practice to ensure the efficient, effective and safe operation of the equipment.
