Equipment Service Management System via GCA RM1557.14 G-Cloud 14 Lot 2 Cloud Software

Southend City Council is seeking to procure a Community Equipment Service management system to support the assessment, prescribing, ordering, delivery, collection, recycling, servicing and reporting of community equipment provided to residents. The system will support Adult Social Care, health partners and operational teams through improved workflow automation, asset management, reporting capability, mobile working and customer experience. The procurement forms part of the wider Equipment Service transformation programme and seeks to improve operational efficiency, equipment utilisation, recycling and future scalability whilst supporting Local Government Reorganisation objectives. The solution will include implementation, configuration, migration, training and ongoing support services.

This contract has the provision of an optional 12 month extension. The use of the optional extension is subject to a review that is expected to take place in 2028 or 2029.
