Templeborough Redevelopment

The project comprises the design of a new office building, seven light industrial/workshop units, two food beverage units, new car parking and public realm. This is a two-stage Design and Build Procurement utilising NEC4 Contract Conditions. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a potential direct award under the YORbuild3 Medium (West) Framework, Lot 1 (over £4m - £10m). This award is for Stage 1, PCSA only. Total estimated value of the procurement includes both stage 1 and stage 2 of the project.
