Learner Management Information System for Work Based Learning, Apprenticeships & Employability Skills Provision

NCG are seeking a Learner Management Information System for Work Based Learning provision, including Apprenticeships and Employability Based Skills provision. An open tender is being carried out to assist NCG, the Contracting Authority, in deciding which supplier will be awarded the contract.

Contract Period: Initial Duration in months: 27 This contract is subject to renewal: yes Description of renewals: Renewals of this contract are available at NCG's discretion. The first for a further one year (12 months) from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2020. There will then be three further optional renewal periods of 2 years (24 months) each - 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2022; 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2024; and 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2026.

Contract Value: The estimated maximum value represents the upper limit of the total contract value, taking into account all potential extensions, the potential scale of the contract and such changes to the scope/scale which may result from future operational requirements.

Change Mechanism: The Work Based Learning and Employability sector is currently going through a number of changes. Therefore NCG have built into this contract a mechanism and renewal process to allow either changes to the specification or termination of the contract if it finds itself in a position where the current contract no longer meets the needs of NCG and the market it operates within.
