Derby Homes are looking for a service provider to undertake home removals for their tenants who need to move to more suitable/adapted accommodation\. These properties are situated in various locations throughout the City of Derby\. However, occasionally a property may be located outside the Derby City boundary\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
