Traffic Enforcement Cameras for Moving Traffic Offences

Description

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for a hosted Vehicle Certification Agency approved CCTV/ANPR enforcement solution. The Services broadly comprise: • Site location survey(s) and detailed equipment requirements for each enforcement location/site. • All equipment for the enforcement of the 4x marked yellow boxes including hardware, software, and communications. • Installation and commissioning of all enforcement equipment. • Software/licences for the evaluation of captured evidence (it is anticipated that initially a maximum of 3 concurrent users will require this access) • Interface to the Council's existing Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing system (Taranto) to allow for evidence, including still photographic and video evidence to be transferred and processed. • Product and service support and maintenance. • Service support that provides both active monitoring of the status and performance of all deployed equipment.
