Work description
PCSA to progress RIBA Stage 4 design and carry out intrusive surveys in order to complete detailed pricing, for the redevelopment of the George Hotel.
This procurement was conducted as a further competition under the Pagabo National Framework for Major Works (Ref: AVP-NTW-1002).
The call-off contract commenced on 28 July 2023 and will expire on 01 December 2023.
