WNC wishes to appoint a single supplier to: - • Carry out Asset and Insurance valuations on its General Fund Estate (GFE) as part of its 5-year asset valuation programme. The valuations will be relied upon by WNC and will be used to populate its Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and Statement of Accounts (SoA). • Undertake the annual valuations on the residential and garage properties that form part of its Housing Revenue Account Estate (HRAE) portfolio.
