## Description

WNC wishes to appoint a single supplier to: - • Carry out Asset and Insurance valuations on its General Fund Estate \(GFE\) as part of its 5-year asset valuation programme\. The valuations will be relied upon by WNC and will be used to populate its Fixed Asset Register \(FAR\) and Statement of Accounts \(SoA\)\. • Undertake the annual valuations on the residential and garage properties that form part of its Housing Revenue Account Estate \(HRAE\) portfolio\.
