## Description

This service is for the management of our incoming mail \(scanning services, indexing, archiving, storage and destruction\), in order to digitize and process all physical and electronic files\. Civica also handles the management of any cheques sent in the post\. The cheques are processed, scanned and banked on Parking's behalf\.
