Demolition shall include for the total removal of existing buildings as follows;  Main Building - two storey plain tile timber and flat roofed building with mixture of solid and suspended timber floors. First floor is timber suspended.  Isolated Garage - timber framed with corrugated galvanised cladding to walls and roof. Internal cladding T & G timber boarding Garage is built into earth bank approx. 750mm deep.  Two Rear gardeners sheds- mixture of block and timber single storey sheds with felt timber flat roofs Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
