## Description

University of the West of England, Bristol and the Watershed Arts Trust have been awarded funding from the European Regional Development Agency \(ERDF\) and Arts Council England to deliver the Regional Arts and Incubation Network \(RAIN\) in the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership \(LEP\) Area\. The project will deliver incubation and associated services for Creative Industries Small and Medium Enterprises or SMEs \(sole traders and organisations with less than 250 employees\) in the West of England\. It will do this via three Incubation Hubs to be procured via this tender\.
