WP3529 - Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance

Walsall Council wishes to procure a contractor with the capability to deliver the fire compliance, service and maintenance of the fire alarm systems, equipment, gas fire suppression systems, rising mains and sprinklers, within Walsall Council buildings.

This service shall be required to cover a 24 hour 7 day a week period, including bank holidays

The Contractor is to deliver a service which shall include (but not limited to) the following: o 24/7 Breakdown Call Out Service o Repairs following breakdowns/call outs o Regular/scheduled service and maintenance visits o Minor works up to the value of ?25,000 per occurrence o Reporting o Recording visits and logging details in site log books o Technical advice and guidance
