## Description

Defence does not possess the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience \(KSE\) to support the development and successful delivery of its growing Space enterprise\. To mitigate this shortfall, it is necessary to obtain additional support from a 'Customer Friend' construct via a Specialist Space Support Agency \(SSSA\)\.
