Stroud District Council is pleased to invite you to submit a quote for the provision of the Purchase, Receipt, Transport and Treatment by Recycling of Contract Fibre Recyclables. . The contract is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 more year by mutual agreement between the council and the contractor
