## Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Croydon Environmental Equipment Assessment and Support Contract For Hearing Impairment\. To offer on-going practical and emotional support to Croydon residents with a hearing loss and their families in order to restore their self-confidence, encourage self-worth and enable them to return to live long, happy healthy independent lives\. To help people with a hearing loss make informed choices, to remain independent, enjoy their personal time and / or work or recreation, this service should support them to: 1\. Live long, healthy, happy & independent lives 2\. Have access to information, advice, and guidance\. 3\. Have access to appropriate equipment\. 4\. Prevent, reduce & delay future needs for support\. 5\. Have support to stay mentally and physically well\.
