T1127 SDCMC Self-Completion Survey

This procurement opportunity covers the administration of a national survey, designed to experimentally test the impact of different within-household selection approaches - next-birthday selection for one-person per household versus allowing any two adults to answer. The scope of requirements includes sample selection, printing and mailing survey invites, paper questionnaires and reminders, data entry from paper questionnaires, managing survey data and paradata, and delivering a clean, labelled and documented data file to an agreed specification. The survey will incorporate two randomised experiments which require careful implementation.
