NEC3 Advice

Defence Infrastructure Organisation will be using Crown Commercial Services Construction and Associated Works(CWAS) framework for most MOD's construction requirements over the next seven years. The MOD's current NEC3 Option A call-off template needs to be updated and the drafting of an additional NEC option C call-off is also required. External legal assistance to CWAS is required to ensure both templates provide adequate legal protections for MOD users and adherence to current policies in areas including sustainability, BIM and Payment terms.
