It is envisaged that the contractor \(including any team of associated specialists where applicable\) will have the relevant infrastructure project experience to deliver this service with specific highways construction experience\.” Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
