## Description

Sutton Council has an ambitious programme of regeneration for Sutton Town Centre\. In 2021 the Council acquired the St Nicholas Shopping Centre in order to facilitate this programme\. The Council will seek to procure a development partner through the competitive dialogue process and the next step is to prepare documentation for the procurement process\.The Council is seeking specific support from legal advisors for commercial and procurement advice and contract documentation\. The contract was awarded via a further competition via the EM LawShare Framework\.
