Business Centres Feasibility Study

Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (the "Council") own and operate within the Borough three Business Centres which provide local businesses with reasonably priced office accommodation on flexible lease terms. This Scope of Services identifies the key tasks to be performed by the Consultant in preparing a Feasibility and Options Assessment Report for the Council's Business Centres.
