1-896 Refresh of Local Transport Note 2/08: Cycle Infrastructure Design

This is for follow-on work to Work Package 1-735 to deliver the final draft of the new Local Transport Note (LTN) on Cycle Infrastructure Design. LTN 2/08: Cycle Infrastructure Design provides advice on the design of cycle infrastructure aimed chiefly at local authorities (or equivalent in Scotland and Wales) and their design agents so they can design good, safe schemes, which will attract people of all demographics who want to cycle. The Department for Transport is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to complete a number of further amendments and revisions to LTN 2/08 following discussions with DfT policy officials before submitting the final draft version of the guidance to the Department.
