Merseytravel would like to appoint a specialist engineering contractor to provide Early Contractor Involvement/Design, Vegetation Clearance, Rock Scaling, Slope Stabilisation of the embankment and construction of new retaining walls adjacent to the East bound carriageway of the A59 Kingsway Tunnel approach road between Mill Lane Bridge and Breck Road Bridge\.
