Work description
Charnwood Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the service provision of Testing, erection, installation, switch on and dismantling of Loughborough's Festive Lights for the annual Diwali and Christmas celebrations.
The appointed contractor will be required to carry out pre-testing of all of the festive lighting stock prior to installation and to identify and rectify any faults prior to installation. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification.
The last date for request of documents is the 31st July 2017, with tenders to be returned on the 4th August 2017 - 12 Noon.
