GB-Derby: Re-roofing 2016-17 (Phase C)

The works are to include for providing a suitable scaffolding for working at height to all elevations of the dwelling. Stripping the existing covering and providing breathable felt, laths and tiles any temporary covering and all associated works. Providing fascia's, soffits and rain water goods.
