The tool scans multiple jobs boards to identify different job adverts (demand) and jobs boards/ social media to determine the potential number of active and passive job seekers (supply). The tool is refreshed every 24 hours to provide a dynamic picture of the UK and world labour market allowing employers to assess the supply and demand for labour across the world and through different filters.
