Window Cleaning Contract for Housing Assets

Description

Window cleaning services for approximately 800 sites, ranging from ground floor to four storeys. Several buildings are over four stories (six, seven and ten floors tall) and will require specialised equipment. A draft specification is provided in Appendix 2, including the number of sites, floors, and cleaning frequency. Please note, the draft specification is there to provide interested companies with an oversight of the service and may be subject to change based on the outcome of the PPME process and feedback from Council Officers.
