## Description

Central repository for all learning and performance data for CQC staff\. The academy has invested heavily in digital content to ensure the system supports the learning of individuals within the organisation\. The cornerstone system also supports the management of performance in the CQC with individuals and managers setting and monitoring objectives to ensure effective and efficient working in line with CQC and business plan objectives\.
