## Description

Provide a project manager to set up and run a usage monitoring project for the EA Navigation function which will enable us to ascertain information about visits to waterways and usage of the assets\. The project manager will lead the project to develop, design and initiate a monitoring programme, including identifying the equipment and locations, establishing the data collection and data management methodology; seek approval and assurance for the preferred option, develop options for the route to market and oversee the installation and setup of the equipment\.
