## Description

Supporting Early Adopter Sites: The joint NHS England and Health Education England NHS 111 Integrated Urgent Care Workforce Development Programme has been established to deliver quality, safety and operational improvements within the NHS 111 function and to deliver decreased ambulance and emergency department dispositions as well as increased numbers of Hear & Treat dispositions\. This will be achieved through ensuring a well engaged, educated and developed workforce, with appropriate career progression opportunities to improve retention and decrease attrition\.
